The skills gap is real, and it’s only getting wider. There are people without jobs, and jobs without people.
What is the skills gap?
It’s a shortage of skilled, trained people. It’s the difference between what workers know how to do and what employers need.
How it affects you and your company!
3.4 million manufacturing jobs will need to be filled in the next decade. But up to 2 million of those likely won’t be, presenting a serious challenge.
Introductory courses are customer specific and delivered by Routeco support staff. These courses are ideal for customers looking for a product overview and basic hands-on training, enabling them to become familiar with both the hardware and software. We can customise courses to suit your needs and applications either at the customer’s premises or at your local Routeco regional centre.
