A Day of Inspiration: Routeco’s Automation Fair Pre-Event with Rockwell Automation

In September, Routeco and Rockwell Automation welcomed an exclusive group of C-level executives from the Food & Beverage, Packaging, and Material Handling industries to Inther Logistics in Venray. The goal: to inspire, connect, and prepare our customers for the opportunities ahead at Automation Fair 2025 in the U.S.
 

Connecting with the Right Audience

With a carefully curated guest list of senior decision-makers, this pre-event offered a unique opportunity to exchange ideas at the highest level. Out of 34 invited executives, 32 joined us – an attendance rate we are extremely proud of. The strong presence underscored the importance of creating tailored, high-value platforms where industry leaders can share knowledge and explore new opportunities.
 

Thought Leadership and Market Insights

The program combined inspiration with practical guidance. Jan van Gameren delivered a keynote on navigating the U.S. and the Automation Fair and strategies for global expansion.

We were honored to have Rinus Geurts from Inther Group as a guest speaker. Inther Group, who kindly hosted this event at their impressive Venray facility, shared their experiences as a Rockwell partner and highlighted the impact of attending Automation Fair 2024. Their story demonstrated how the fair creates new business perspectives and strengthens long-term collaboration.

Another highlight came from KSE, represented by Dennis van Lankeren. Dennis reflected on KSE’s own participation in Automation Fair and emphasized how the event helped unlock valuable new opportunities and expand their international outlook.

To reinforce the connection with the upcoming Automation Fair, the event embraced an authentic U.S. theme. Guests enjoyed American-style BBQ, cultural touches, and even live music – all designed to create an informal yet impactful environment for networking and discussion.

The day was more than just an event – it was a stepping stone. Three of our guests have already confirmed their intention to attend Automation Fair 2025, and many others left inspired by the opportunities that lie ahead. 
 

A Proven Concept for the Future

This was the first time Routeco and Rockwell Automation organized the pre-event in this format, and the results speak for themselves. The exclusive, C-level focus, combined with relevant business content and a memorable experience, created real value for our customers. Looking ahead, we see strong potential to repeat and expand this format in the coming years.
