Smart Products

IO-Link sensors

img6.jpgIO-Link Technology is a worldwide open-standard protocol that integrates sensors into The Connected Enterprise by connecting the IO-Link enabled device into an IO-Link master module. Data is then delivered from the sensor directly and efficiently into a control system. The flexibility of IO-Link capable sensors allows machines to operate more effectively by providing the controller with diagnostics. In addition to product detection, sensors provide detailed and accurate machine health status to improve uptime.

Electronic Relays

E300™ (networked) and E200™ (non-networked) Electronic Overload Relays are the newest technologies for overload protection. The modular design, communication options, diagnostic information, simplified wiring, and integration into Logix technology make them the ideal overload for motor control applications in an automation system.

Electronic Circuit Protectors

Choose IO-Link enabled versions of Electronic Circuit Protectors and Power Module and get real-time current and voltage levels for any protection channel to your control system. This means you can get early insight to when values are trending out of normal ranges and intervene before a fault shuts your process down. IO-Link communications enable remote reset or range adjustment of circuit protection modules.

Guardmaster®
