Routeco's 3D laser centre has capabilities to fully customise and machine mounting plates, doors, roof plates, side plates, gland plates and complete panels.

Whether you are an OEM or integrator of automation equipment, drives and switchgear, you can input designs for housings, small and large, and using integrated 3D-modelling we will cut and machine them quickly and accurately using the Perforex's laser technology. The innovative system is ideal for use with stainless steel up to 3mm but also with sheet steel and powder-coated enclosures and housings.

Routeco has been providing full panel machining services for many years, however in order to provide a greater level of service to our customers we have recently invested in a Perforex machine from Rittal. With the new 3D laser centre, panels and enclosures from the complete range, including the recently launched Rittal VX25, can be machined from a number of sides in a single operation. Non-contact laser technology ensures cut edges are completed with a high degree of accuracy and without any discolouration or tarnishing to the finished product.
