I graduated from Northampton University with a degree in Marketing and have held different roles in Marketing/Advertising before Routeco.
What are your day to day responsibilities in your role?
Social media content creation, general management of Routeco social media accounts, email marketing campaigns and assisting various departments with their marketing needs.
What made you join Routeco?
Being part of a company that values Marketing and understands how important it is to a business, both internal and external. During my interview process it was clear to me that Routeco values both its employees and teams – something you don’t get with other companies.
What do you enjoy the most about working at Routeco?
The people within the company. Everyone is very friendly and approachable no matter what the question is. Employees are treated well at Routeco and management offer great support when needed.
What tips or advice do you have for future Routeco candidates?
Do your research on the company, really think about what you could bring to the table that is unique and don’t be afraid to be creative.
What is your career highlight?
I enjoyed the preparation work for the kick off meeting. It was great to receive positive feedback and see that the work of our department was appreciated by all areas of the business.
