Routeco's Talent Development Programme


Throughout 2017 and into February 2018, the Talent Development Programme has been running for 6 Routeco candidates.  This was the 3rd programme Routeco have run over the years, however having re-branded the previous Management Development Programme, in recognition of not all development heading towards an ultimate goal of becoming a manager, we joined forces with Mayflex to launch the first combined Talent Development Programme.

All 12 delegates attended a series of workshops covering Strategic Leadership, Finance, Sonepar Management training and presentation skills as well as participating in Team building events, a volunteer day and completing a group project to present to a range of directors from across the 2 companies’.  All of this was alongside individual mentoring sessions with a Business Director from within the Company.
