Can you tell us about your background/education?
I grew up and was educated in South-Africa and moved to the UK in 2001. I am currently in my final year of Studies towards a BSc. Business and Management degree and am looking forward to completing my degree in 2020.
What are your day to day responsibilities in your role?
I manage a team of three Pricing Coordinators, and Junior Pricing Analyst and a Pricing Analyst. We manage and negotiate Special pricing Agreements for the UK, Netherlands and Austrian sales teams. We analyse account sales data, ensuring we are both competitive in the marketplace and profitable. I also project manage the development of our Pricing Portal and continually look for ways we can be more productive through system enhancements and process improvements.

What has been your Routeco Career highlight so far?
My career highlights have to be being part of the first Management Development Programme and raising over £14 000 for Cancer Research, then being promoted to Pricing Manager and having the opportunity to project manage and develop my vision of the Pricing Portal from a blank canvas.
