RF IDeas added as a Routeco franchise partner

RF IDeas, the leading innovator of employee ID badge/card readers has been added to Routeco’s panel of franchise suppliers.

ID badge readers enable you to secure access control of HMIs and controllers to better manage manufacturing production, authorise fork lift usage, manage tool dispensing and streamline the mustering process.

RF IDeas, a Rockwell Automation Encompass partner, is the innovator of WaveID®, the new standard for door access card-based authentication and identification solutions powered by RF IDeas readers for non-door applications.

The pcProx Plus® readers for Rockwell Automation are pre-configured to work with the Login prompt in a PanelView™ Plus terminal as well as an enrolment device when creating users at the panel.  FactoryTalk View Site Edition (SE) and FactoryTalk View Machine Edition (ME) are similar in that the pcProx Plus readers can keystroke the logon sequence.  The pcProx Plus readers used in conjunction with either FactoryTalk View SE or FactoryTalk View ME, simplify the logon process and further optimises workflow.

Factory workers, operators or plant managers can log on to the FactoryTalk-enabled system quickly and easily. The user identification and authentication enabled through the pcProx Plus readers helps ensure proper access and a more secure environment.
